Every USDC to local-stablecoin FX trade settles atomically on-chain in Arc's StableFX escrow, so the executed rate is public. This tape reconstructs each rate and benchmarks it against the interbank mid (ECB, via Frankfurter) to show the real spread paid. No other chain has native on-chain FX to measure.
